EXCELLENCE IN THE COMMUNITY: Byron Sanders Named Among DBJ’s “40 Under Forty”
Fresh off of his win at the TEDxSMU auditions, Group Excellence VP Byron Sanders has another reason to brag! Sanders’ leadership has earned him a spot on the Dallas Business Journal’s top “40 Under Forty” roster for 2012.
Honoring the city’s best and brightest, DBJ’s annual list is hand-selected by “40 Under Forty” alumni, including corporate game changers like Kurt Kane, chief marketing officer for Pizza Hut, and Joseph Beard, VP of Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Speaking out on the class of 2012, the magazine called those chosen this year “executives and entrepreneurs who are at the top of their game professionally, and personally have demonstrated a commitment to the North Texas community.”
Sanders’ latest accolade is creating buzz here at Group Excellence headquarters, as his addition to the elite list makes him the second company leader to receive the major honor; in celebrating his success, Sanders’ joins our founder, Carl Dorvil, who was part of the 2011 “40 Under Forty” class.
